We see many images which designed with nice border. So now I am going to share you that how to create image border on adobe Photoshop easily. Just follow my techniques below.
1. Run Adobe Photoshop then take a new page.
2. Select Rectangular Marquee tool from Toolbar then press Ctrl+A to select whole page.
3. Go to Select menu then Modify then Border now provide Border width "15" then press ok like this.

4. Now set your foreground color.
