1. Run Adobe Photoshop then take a new page.
2. Select Rectangular Marquee tool from Toolbar then press Ctrl+A to select whole page.
3. Go to Select menu then Modify then Border now provide Border width "15" then press ok like this.

4. Now set your foreground color.
5. Now select Paint Bucket Tool then fill it on your page like this.

1. Run adobe photoshop then take a new document.
2. Select Type tool then change font to "Comic Sans MS" and change color also with 2D7702 color then type Design like this.

3. Right click on design layer then click Rasterize layer to convert text to vector shape.
4. Alt+Click on design's layer to select the area of shape now we have to modify shape so go to Select menu then Modify then Contract provide 6 pixel then press ok.
5. We got a new selection now create a new layer and fill color with Paint Bucket with this color code 52D908 and deselect the selection Ctrl+D.
6. Now we have to effect on this design so Go to Filter menu then Blur then Gaussian Blur provide 2 Radius then press ok.
7. Now select design (original) layer then Right click then click Blending option then change something like this.

4. Again click on Pen tool then create a shape like this

Then Right click on this shape then select Make selection keep Feather Radius "0" then press ok hope you can get a selection then fill it with "ACACAC" color.
5. Once again click on Pen tool then create a shape like this

Then Right click on this shape then select Make selection keep Feather Radius "0" then press ok hope you can get a selection then fill it with white color.
6. We have almost done now we have to write something about your company name, phone number, web address and mailing address. I have decorated that things with icon you can also get that things from Custom shape tools. Ok our finally output will be like this.

1. Run Adobe Photoshop then take a blank page 728*90 size this is the standard banner size.
2. Select Gradient tool then fill your page with these color code "FFFFFF" and "3768F4".

3. Then select Ploygon shape tool from Shape tool with these settings and also write 50% and discount with different layer then double click on this layer then tick mark on Outer glow to highlight the shape then tick mark on Bevel Emboss only for 50% layer then press ok.

4. Now click on Rounded Rectangle tool and change the shape color from Right top side with "B398F8" color code and create a shape and write "Click here" on the button also provide Outer glow like below

5. At last I provide an example text "Your Add Title" to understand you. So you can change this and also modify with your Add title. Final output

Now I am going to share that how to create a gif file on adobe photoshop. On our Create an advertising banner easily on adobe photoshop post I showed that how to make a add banner on adobe photoshop. Now I make a gif file or animated file on that add banner file. So follow me.

1. Open that add banner file which we done before then click on "Edit in Image ready" like this image

Then the Adobe Photoshop will automatically go to Adobe ImageReady.
2. Now click on Window menu bar then tick mark on Animation to bring Animation window.
3. Click on Duplicate current frame to duplicate frame 5 times.

4. Change all frame's time duration to click on 0sec then change to 1sec.

5. Now we have to set animation.

See the layer window carefully. I want to the "Your Ad Title" text will animate so I turned off the layer visibility to hide the text in 1st frame then the second layer I turned on the layer visibility to show the text. In this same process I decorated the layer visibility on and off for 6 times in 6 frames. You can see the output of your animation to click on Play button on Animation window. You can also animate more file in 1 frame.
6. Now save this file to click on File menu then select Save optimized as then provide a file name then press Save button. Your animation file will create.
